Haven Ritchie, MD; Medical Director Dr. Ritchie is a graduate of the UCLA School of Medicine and is board certified in internal medicine.  Her interests in dermatology and cosmetic medicine led her to pursue additional training and certification in cosmetic laser applications, Botox and dermal fillers.  Dr. Ritchie has been studying cosmetic medicine since 2003 and has been performing non-invasive cosmetic medical procedures at Sierra Cosmetic Laser since June of 2005. Dr. Ritchie plays a vital role in the daily operation of the clinic.  She is definitely a "hands-on" practitioner and thoroughly enjoys the practice of aesthetic medicine.  When the doctor is not working in the clinic, she spends as much time as possible with her husband (also a physician) and two children.  Dr. Ritchie loves living in the high Sierra and skis, snowshoes, mountain bikes, camps and hikes often in this beautiful area (always wearing sunscreen, of course).

Christine Geis, RN Esthetic Nurse Specialist Christine is a graduate of the Medical College of Virginia and has over twenty years of experience in most areas of the nursing field.  She has been an esthetics nurse for the past four years, using her expert injection skills to deliver laser treatments and cosmetic injectables.  Christine is well versed in all areas of non-invasive medical esthetic treatments but her particular expertise is in hyaluronic acid fillers for face and lip rejuvenation. Christine has been a resident of the Tahoe area for nine years and enjoys snowboarding, skate skiing and mountain biking with her family.

Rebecca Cordero, PA-C Medical esthetics specialist Rebecca graduated from Stanford University with a dual degree for physician's assistant and a masters degree in public health in January 2008.  She quickly earned her esthetic certification after graduation and has also completed an on-the-job internship under the direction of Dr. Ritchie.  Rebecca provides medical esthetic services as well as weight loss management and minor skin surgeries. Rebecca arrived in Tahoe in 1996 and has been a resident of Squaw Valley ever since.  She loves snowboarding, yoga and hanging out with her husband and friends.

Donna Pooley, CMT Massage therapist Donna has been a certified massage therapist for over six years in the Truckee area.  She provides many types of body therapies including deep tissue, hot stone, sports and pregnancy massage.  Donna also performs body treatments featuring the Eminence organic skin care line.
